Have you lost your mojo over the Summer?

There are many reasons why we may lose our routine in the Summer, even though we may consider it to be an easy time to stay on track!

Holidays, more social activities, looking after children, the heat putting us off exercise, lack of sleep with the heat and lighter mornings waking us early, more glasses of wine in the garden while the weather is nice and feeling less energetic are all reasons why we may have lost our routine and good habits.
