We are not only your favourite Studio - we are now your favourite AWARD WINNING Studio!
We are very honoured to have been awarded ‘Pilates Studio of the Year’ for London and the South East by Prestige Awards!
This award is especially significant as it is based on the last year - so it concentrates on what we have achieved during an extremely challenging time for all businesses. We have been recognised for our outstanding service to our local community, our website and social media content and our customer satisfaction.
As we always say - it really is all about you! But on this occasion - it’s about US!
Thank you as always to our fabulous team of instructors; Ceri, Michelle and Lauren and thank you to our “behind the scenes” team of Ceri, Simon and our Webmaster Suzanne who we have leaned on a lot since last March and who was instrumental in helping us evolve our WorkoutAngel website enabling us to run our regular Cerisport classes from our home studio during the pandemic.

Good morning! Another week begins & we are ready for you at the studio. Last week was just fabulous!

DO YOU STRETCH ENOUGH?
If you’re anything like many people I know you may struggle with the discipline to actually, properly stretch!
A workout always seems the important part and as long as you do a few quick stretches here and there that is enough isn’t it?
My answer would be a flat “No” ....
Having had a dancers training, stretching has always been a big part of my life. I was always extremely flexible and could move my body anywhere it wanted to go....once!
So even though I stretch regularly I would say I am no where near as flexible as I used to!
So if you start off a little immobile and inflexible how will you be as you age, especially if you have the kind of lifestyle where you sit lots, drive lots or rarely move as the body is intended to? Well, less mobile and flexible! And it doesn’t feel good not to be able to move properly, bend down to pick something up off the floor or to simply stretch to the top shelf!
However, often we don’t address things until they are obvious to us and with stretching that’s often the case.
