s your body changes with pregnancy, so too does the type of exercise you need to do. Our online pregnancy pilates classes have been designed by fitness expert Ceri and supported by midwife Sarah to allow you to exercise in a safe and effective way throughout your whole pregnancy. We will focus on a variety of strength and relaxation exercises to get you and your baby ready for childbirth and help you recover faster after your baby has arrived.

Great care needs to be taken when exercising whilst pregnant and I will provide guidance on the right exercises for you and your baby.  Performing the wrong exercises or over-stretching when pregnant risks causing problems during and after your pregnancy.  I can teach you the correct exercises to address your changing body.  We will focus on strengthening your core and pelvic floor muscles and practice relaxation and breathing techniques that are essential for your overall well-being and invaluable during labour.
